Question about girl stuff...?

Ok, been ttc for 2 months now. I am currently 11 dpo. I took a pregnancy test yesterday, hoping I would get a bfp, but no luck. My period isn't due for 7 more days, but this morning I felt some mild cramping, and when I went to the bathroom, I noticed i am having some spotting. At first I thought it may be implantation, but I don't know. The spotting is bright red blood, and I can't say there is a lot of it, none of it is on my underwear, but there is definitely some there on the tp, every time I go to the bathroom. This has been going on for 8 hours now. Starting to worry there is something wrong with me. I never have my period a week early, so this is not normal for me. And I took an opk this month, so I know when I ovulated. WHat do you think is going on?
