Ear feels full of something?

Well this started monday morning when I woke up I felt like i had an ear ache. It hurt and I had no other symptoms, no cold or sinuses. Well i took a Zyrtec to see if that would help, it did. However, I still had the problem yesterday but this time when I woke up I had my sinuses kick back in and have been congested since. I don't know what's wrong with my ear. It still feels full even with my sinuses now, but it does not hurt as bad as it did on monday. Today I feel the same as i did yesterday and its just irritating now, there is no pain. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this or what it may be?
