WHY do I receive satellite radio (in my car) when I don't pay for it?

I was driving my Dodge Charger the other week and I all of a sudden got Sirius Satellite Radio, but I never signed up for it nor do I pay for it. Does anyone know why I get it for free for no reason? It's been working for a good 3 weeks now.
