Need some computer help?

When i open my computer i cant see my desktop it automatically opens my doents. then i do ctrl alt dlt and reopen explorer so i can see my computer and everything reappears. how can i fix this i think it was a virus i got but I did a virus scan and it says everything is fine.. how can i fix this problem?
