What does this sound like?

Relax. You'll get through this horrible period. We all had to live with it. You found a good place to air your dirty laundry, as they say. You are doing great with the weight! Good job! I've got 25 pounds to lose and just can't do it! Maybe you have some tips for me? I think the best way for you to get control of your up and down emotions is to help other people. Focus on others to take the focus off yourself. It will help you not think of food for two reasons: you'll be too busy and you'll feel good about yourself. I don't know about you, but I like to eat when I feel dumpy. Well, there's my two cents' worth! Make it a great evening!
