I need help with a girl I like! Is there another guy?

abut a month ago this girl i like told me she liked me, but at the time i had a girlfriend. So i left her for this girl. The day before I was going to ask her out my mom was diagnosed with cancer and that depressed me a lot. so i never asked her out. And i was again going to ask her out but then spring break came and i didn't get the chance cuz i couldn't call her cuz she was grounded. And now on mnday she was actin all wierd so i asked her and she keeps sayin idk. I think theres another guy, What do I do? I dont want to loose her. I've never liked a girl as much as i like her. Help!!
