1997 plymouth neon door problem?

i had to take the door off my neon and replace a broken hinge, now the door wont go back on correctly, the bottom half of the door sticks out over the body of the car, and the top half of the door is flush with the rest of the car. How do i get the whole door flush with the body of the car. I thought this would be an easy repair, but it has turned out to be a nightmare! Plz help!
