Ok...the skin in between my bikini line and my leg is raw?

from when i walk my underwear like...rub. like between my leg an dbikini area on both sides...it kinda hurts and i dont want it to get any worse. i just noticed it today in the shower. i am not going to the dr. for it, i cant afford health insureance so i wont blow my medical covereage on something so simple...i just dont want it to get completely raw abd bleed to get a bacterial infection or anything. would like...neosporin or just lotion like palmers cocoa er help? i have tried changing the cut of underwear i wear but no change...
