Finding hard to trust males?

I find it incredibly hard to trust guys. First I had a close encounter with almost being molested when i was little and second(the biggest) I read so many questions about how guys cheat and don't give a damn that they have a wife or girlfriend. I know girls cheat too but statistic's prove that men do more. Is it possible to have a relationship with someone who's faithful? Do all men cheat?
