Why does the military want to cut out fast food joints oversees when it is the one that put those joints there?

The "fast food joints" overseas should be required to pay their way, not be supported by the government. That said, how about letting the free market system work? They either prosper or they don't. Servicemen and civilians spending their money will dictate the desire for the product. To the Sgt Major who complains forward positions need resupply of ammunition, food and water, if he is allowing these soldiers to run short of these basic supplies he is not doing his job, and should not be an NCO. He lost his "common sense" somewhere down the line. This is a left-wing, liberal ideology being forced on the military members, nothing else. This is not the idea of the US Military, it is BO and his thugs in another venue.
