What should I include in my resume if I'm applying for my first job?

I'm 18 applying for a job at a hospital. It's just a dietary position where you work in the caferteria and deliver food. Anyway the application online has a sport for previous employers and resume. I've never had a job before but I have done a lot of volunteer work and stuff. Could I include that. Any other tip would be helpful.
