Im in i tight spot but i wanna get somewhere with this sport what do i do?

ok so im going to college soon...and its a community college thats 30 mins away from my house...and through highschool ive snowboarded with a few people but my brother is the person that i snowboard with every year..but now he quit because he wants to pay more attention to skateboarding through the winters and summers so he can get somewhere with it..so now i dont have anyone to snowboard with and thats half the fun gone for me..i dont have money to go to resorts and no one to snowboard with..i have a roll in built for rails but no one to session rails with me...what do i do??? thanks
