I miss the guy I love. He is seas away in Syria. Idk what to do i miss him so much!?

I met him on my last vacation to Syria, my parents hometown. I love him. I am 13, but he is gorgeous. He likes me too. I really want to see him but I might have to wait till Summer and I can' t call long distance because my mom will find out. What should I do?
