Fired for slander, three years ago?

You can't ask for anything except unemployment benefits when you are fired, and you may not be approved for them. Unfortunately retaliation is a big part of many organizations when the system is challenged. I would move on if I were you. You are still young and will have many other jobs. Sh*thead is considered to be slander.
