Al Davis: would you work for him?

If you don't know who he is, he's the owner of the Oakland Raiders. While he does boast some impressive wins under his belt, he's often likened to a either an escaped Nazi or Darth Vader. Lean, mean, and cunning as a snake, you either love him or hate him, but you almost always fear him. Question is, would you want this guy to be your boss, taking his abuse and scorn on a daily basis?
